Hello there!
Debs has left MFWL and has left it to me, so I’ve moved it over to WordPress because that’s where all my other bloggy stuff is which makes it easier for me to play with.
As it’s only me at the moment, I wanted to give a shout out for feminist mothers who would like to write here, so if you are a feminist mum or you know one who might want to write for the blog, let me know.
So yes, we’re not dead – just sleeping!

Oooh, the new site looks beautiful! Good luck on finding more feminist mums. I’ll volunteer the day I have one!

Debi – no problem, I know you have a lot to do at the moment. This place wouldn’t exist if you hadn’t started it.

Hi Sarah! I didn’t know you had children.
Are you saying you’d like to contribute?

Hi, I’m a feminist mom!
I would like to share a women’s history learning opportunity.
I spent the first 7 years of motherhood reading everything I could find (in my tiny amount of spare time) about how women won the vote.
I spent the three years after that writing what I learned into a free e-mail series so everyone can easily and enjoyably learn just how amazing the suffragettes were.
Thanks to their success, women now have voices and choices!
Yet most people are totally in the dark about HOW the suffragettes won, and what life was really like for women before they did.
Now you can discover the shocking truth, and it’s as easy as opening your e-mail.
“The Privilege of Voting” is a new e-mail series that follows eight great women from 1912 – 1920 to reveal ALL that happened to set the stage for women to win the vote.
This is no boring history report.
Two beautiful and extremely powerful suffragettes — Alice Paul and Emmeline Pankhurst are featured, along with Edith Wharton, Isadora Duncan, Alice Roosevelt and two presidential mistresses.
There are tons of heartache for these heroines on the rocky road to the ballot box, but the end, they WIN!
Unique sequential e-mail series — each exciting episode is about 10 minutes — perfect to enjoy during coffeebreaks, or anytime.

I’m no mother, but I appreciate and respect the effort those who are put into shaping the next generation of people, who will populate the world.
So as I cannot contribute any motherhood experiences I’ll put you on my blogroll, and hope it’ll show a few people your way.

Hi Anji
I’m also a feminist mum – grand total of 4 kids. Not sure about contributing, but looking forward to reading the blog and commenting if and when the urge takes me. Good luck with it anyway, and thanks to Debs for getting the ball rolling.
